The villas are situated North East of Corfu town on the outskirts of Agios Markos, one of the oldest and most graphic villages on the island. You can clearly see the exquisiteness of Corfu town and its majestic fortress but also enjoy the unique beauties of the endless sea and landscape views.

The traditional Corfiot architectural style is a main feature of each villa, executed to perfection by the owner and very prestigious architecture Mr. Periklis Laskaris. Once you get settled in you will feel a unique serenity and sense of fulfilment thanks to the stylish combination of tradition and luxury. The positioning of each villa is ideal as they are located between town and countryside so you can take advantage of both.

Great attention has been given to the outdoor areas as we understand that a holiday in Corfu comes hand in hand with bright sunshine and the intoxicating moon. Infinity style pool and large sitting and dinning areas are incorporated in a natural habitat full of trees and all kind of colourful plants. Every villa enjoys total privacy, as they are built on individual pieces of land and have no close neighbours.

Nearby are many villages where you will be able to satisfy all your needs. You can dine enjoying all kind of local specialities and mouthwatering delicacies. Bars and night clubs are plentiful and offer a vibrant nightlife for all ages. Last but not least the North East of Corfu, where the villas are located, has fascinating beaches with crystal clear blue waters.

Location

The location of the villa is ideal as it enjoys total privacy and extreme serenity but is also in very reasonable distance to Corfu town. Just under 17 km away, a car drive that will take no longer than 25 minutes will bring you to the doorsteps of a graphic and romantic town centre that can satisfy your every desire. The North East of the island is famous for its many villages full of character, endless beaches and crystal clear blue waters. The distance from the airport and port is 17 km. A local health care centre is within 2.5 km.

Food And Dining

Greek cuisine offers a large variety of flavours even for the more experienced pallets. Whether you are looking for fresh seafood, tender steaks or Greek specialities the options are plentiful. Nearby are many villages such as Ipsos and Barbati that will undoubtedly satisfy your expectations. Also do not forget about the famous Greek souvlaki a local ‘fast food’ that will positively amaze you. Corfu island enjoys a very vibrant nightlife, during the summer you will find bars and nightclubs for all ages.

Local Activities

A sense of tranquillity and relaxation is one of the main characteristics of the villa. However, if you are looking for a more active holiday a vast amount of outdoor activities are available. The local mountain biking club organizes trips in surrounding areas. Hiking groups go around various paths among the green and rocky mountains of Corfu. Of course the island can offer you fun and exhilaration through a selection of all kind of water sports at nearby beaches.

The piéce de résistance is the garden itself, with a pool (5.5m x 11 m) overflows on the outer edge with wooden deck, BBQ house, semi-covered dining room with oven, covered garage.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Towels and linen are included, the property is cleaned 3 times a week and the towels and linen are changed twice a week. The pool is cleaned by two times a week and PH checked three times a week

The piéce de résistance is the garden itself, infinity style, the pool overflows on the outer edge so that the stunning view and the garden are laid out below as you swim! The size of the pool is 11 x 5.5m, and has 2.00m in the deepest point and 80cm in the shallow part with wooden deck. The pool is private. Moreover a BBQ ‘house’, a semi covered dining room with oven, and a covered garage make the life easier.

Prices from 1750 euros per week. Advance deposit of the 30% of the total amount is required to validate booking. The rest 70% of the amount one month before your arrival date.
